I didn't know where to start, so I filled out a form online looking for local realtors, and he called me personally within about 30 seconds of me hitting Submit on the form. He came to meet with me and my husband a few days later, and gave us a lot of real, honest information. He made sure we knew how the home-buying process would look, and was honest that it might be difficult in this crazy market. I was honestly resigned to the reality that it would take several months. We offered on a home a couple weeks later, and didn't get it. Which was ok, because Steve had warned us that it might take a few times to 'win' one. Three days later, we had compiled a new list of homes to see. The second one on the list was amazing, and my husband I loved it. Steve jumped into action. He had called the seller's realtor before we got there, so he already knew what offers were on the table. He told us if we wanted to go for it, he would stop the showings right then and just get on the phone to try and get us that house. We talked it over right there, and told him yes. We left, went home, and 2 hours later Steve called us to let us know that he had gotten the sellers to accept our offer! I was so shocked and amazed! I was prepared for the process to take months, and it only took weeks! Steve was so prompt at following up on every text/call, his team always came on time, he was just amazing.
