Melinda is an incredible realtor and person. She is very thorough when walking through houses. She was very patient with us when it took us a year to find our first house and we backed out twice. She is very timely in her responses and we love her.

Melinda helped my girlfriend and I buy a short sale. Process was smooth and she helped negotiate deadlines, and sale price under appraisal value! Would recommend to anyone looking to buy!
