After telling Melinda my hesitation she of course understood. Fast forward 2 days she sends me a link to a house that was on the market and told me I was able to take over the current owners VA home loan. This was amazing! Not only did she go out of her way she also did research with the VA and into their very complex requirements. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling.
