We were sad to have to sell our home, and dreading the process on top of that. We shouldnt have worried; Cyrus gave us the white glove treatment and walked us through an incredibly stressful time as if we were his only clients. He was patient with the delays caused by our extraordinary circumstancesaEUR"an international job offer, a catastrophic personal injury, myriad logistical challengesaEUR"and could have been excused for putting us on the bottom of his list. Instead, we felt like he put us at the *top* of his list, and managed to expedite the process and find the perfect buyers for our house. In the midst of personal chaos and emotional upheaval the one thing we didnt have to worry about was our home sale. Brian Torres from Keystone was an absolute dream to work with. I had spoken with several agents before accidentally finding Brian through Zillow when I inquired about a property. This is our second real estate purchase, so I had an idea of what I did and did not want in an agent. I honestly was sold once Brian set me up with Real Scout to monitor potential properties. Every time I had a question, he provided quick and thorough responses, with zero pressure, zero sense of rushing to make a deal until I knew I had found the property I wanted to make an offer on. He provided all the information I needed or requested about a property, with none of the stress. Once we found the property we would end up buying, Brian was on top of every detail, was super responsive, and communicated well throughout the process. He was great to bounce ideas and impressions of the approach I wanted to take in the purchase and had a good eye for detail when looking at potential properties. He really listened to my priorities and helped me find something that met our needs. He was super knowledgeable about the neighborhoods within my chosen market. Plus, he was just a really nice guy. That was especially important to me. He was so nice and genuine, I wondered what it would be like once we got to negotiations. He is definitely an amazing advocate for his client's best interests, and my opinion of his professionalism and ability to push for his clients rose even higher once in the thick of the purchase process. I could not recommend Brian more highly and will definitely call him for our next real estate deal.
