ZillowVERIFIED I met Cyrus Mohseni aka (C-Money) and his team at an unrelated open house. He and I connected so well due to our chrisma, banter, and clothing styles. I asked him tough questions (nased from own real estate research) and he didn't shy away from them. Moreover, C-Money knew the answers and educated me more. That was very important to make me feel at ease especially selling my old house (I had a lower interest rate) for e change for a higher one. We decided to sell our house for a larger one located in a nicer area. C-Money knew the Long Beach area so well and his knowledge helped a ton receiving TOP $$$ for the house we sold! My family and I made the tough decision to sell my late aunt and uncle's house, which was rather emotional for us since it had been in our family since 1959 and we had so many cherished memories there.
