Amanda was awesome in helping us find our home. We never felt pressured into any decision making. She took the time to learn about us and what our wants and needs were and she was determined to find the home that fit us as a couple. Because of her we can finally start the process of growing our family and having a place to truly call our home. I would recommend her to any and everybody that I know. It was amazing how we never had to ask her to send us homes to view. She was on top of it everyday sending potential homes left and right. Anytime we were interested in viewing a home, she booked the appointments right then and there. Her communication was unbelievable, she always kept us in the loop, we were never lost in the process. She was so knowledgeable in everything we asked her. If she didn?t know something she always found out for us. She always made sure to keep our spirits up anytime something didn?t work in our favor. Her positivity and optimism kept us going and we really needed that. When it came to negotiating, she was aggressive and determined, which I believe truly made a difference in us getting the home we really wanted. This was our first experience working with a realtor and I?m so glad it was her. Her title may be realtor, but she will always be considered a family member to us! I?m glad that we found our home but sad that our house hunting journey has come to an end with Amanda. It was such a great experience and I thank her everyday for it.

She constantly went above and beyond during our hunt for a home. Her connections with inspectors and mortgage lenders made the experience even more seamless and helped us get an offer on the table as soon as possible, and in competitive market that is essential. Amanda did a fantastic job finding high quality home and also directed us on what sites to search ourselves. I recall a day where she drove all around the Greenville, Easley, and Spartanburg area looking at at least a dozen homes. She was very accommodating to our tight schedules.
