He was also helpful, and described other improvements that could be made to the apartment before move-in. I would work with him again and I would recommend him to others.

Crista started our relationship off by responding to my Zillow inquiry before I could close the app. Since then she has worked tirelessly to meet both mine and my wifes needs (which are often times different). She helped us weigh the pros and cons of multiple properties and then ultimately guided us through a very difficult renovation loan process. Despite going to closing she has maintained her finger on the pulse of our project as if she plans to move in with us! We would not have been able to realize our dream city-home without her by our side.

This is the obligatory ?we never write reviews?but? review, because Shannon was such an outstanding agent for our home purchase. We had to do our part to make sure people know how awesome she is. We were first time home buyers who had almost no idea what we were doing, and we lucked in to working with Shannon. My wife and I were doing things so backwards we were looking at houses before going to get approved for a loan! Shannon uses checklists and regular meetings to clearly explain the whole process to folks who need it (we did!), and to keep the timeline of dates clear and manageable. She helped us find the home we really wanted, then she helped us navigate the entire purchasing process. Shannon also recommended a number of truly excellent professionals throughout the course of our home buying, from inspectors to loan officers to handymen. Her knowledge of houses and their construction blew away our inspectors, and her humor and consistent availability made working alongside her an absolute delight! She managed to wrangle all the folks involved with purchasing our home to keep everything on the timeline we wanted and checked every detail at every step of the way. When she says she puts clients first, she seriously means it. We are very confident we would not have found the home of our dreams and gotten the deal we did without Shannon?s help and advice. Crista found me EXACTLY what I am looking for and was honestly and straight forward with me since day one. She worked around my schedule and she helped me truly find an amazing opportunity. All though I did not end up buying right now, id recommend her to anyone.

We were interested in a property that was recently listed for rent. Initially my partner reached out to Crista, and while she was responsive at first, she eventually ghosted him. I reached out separately, and to my surprise, she replied to my inquiry and setup a time for us to meet at 5pm on a Thursday. When my partner and I arrived to view the apartment, we were disappointed to see that she had scheduled two other couples to view the place simultaneously, and we ended up sitting outside for at least ten minutesaEUR| just waiting. I texted her twice to no response, and when I called she sent it to voicemail. We left feeling not so good about this experience. Crista has glowing reviews on here, but in our brief dealings with her, she was flaky, uncommunicative, and often unresponsive. She couldve told us that she was essentially hosting an open house and let us know what to expect. Beautiful property, but this was a frustrating, sad experience. We are slated to move soon, and I'm glad we didnt really set our sights on this place because she really dropped the ball.
