ZillowVERIFIEDWe were interested in a property that was recently listed for rent. Initially my partner reached out to Crista, and while she was responsive at first, she eventually ghosted him. I reached out separately, and to my surprise, she replied to my inquiry and setup a time for us to meet at 5pm on a Thursday. When my partner and I arrived to view the apartment, we were disappointed to see that she had scheduled two other couples to view the place simultaneously, and we ended up sitting outside for at least ten minutesaEUR| just waiting. I texted her twice to no response, and when I called she sent it to voicemail. We left feeling not so good about this experience. Crista has glowing reviews on here, but in our brief dealings with her, she was flaky, uncommunicative, and often unresponsive. She couldve told us that she was essentially hosting an open house and let us know what to expect. Beautiful property, but this was a frustrating, sad experience. We are slated to move soon, and I'm glad we didnt really set our sights on this place because she really dropped the ball.

He was also helpful, and described other improvements that could be made to the apartment before move-in. I would work with him again and I would recommend him to others.

She helped us weigh the pros and cons of multiple properties and then ultimately guided us through a very difficult renovation loan process. Despite going to closing she has maintained her finger on the pulse of our project as if she plans to move in with us! We would not have been able to realize our dream city-home without her by our side.

Her experience rehabbing houses was super helpful when looking at houses. She was always very honest and pointed out ways that corners had been cut or problems that would have to be addressed. She didnt want to sell us just any house. She really cares, she is genuine, she is super knowledgable about the housing market in Saint Louis and houses in general, and she is a really nice person!! We loved working with her and I got so used to seeing her every weekend for a few months that Im a little sad its over!

ZillowVERIFIED Cristas local knowledge was essential to our relocation. Moving nearly a 1000 miles in the middle of winter is challenging, but Crista made the process doable. Refreshingly, she provided her honest opinions about the properties we visited. Too often agents tell you every house is the right house just to get the sell, but we could tell she really wanted to find the right place for us. She started by zeroing in on what we wanted and recommended some neighborhoods. After creating a shortlist, we flew in and looked a several properties over a long weekend. She cleared her schedule so we could make the most of our 3 day visit. After the first home failed inspection, I found another online a week later. She did a walk through for me over the phone and sent me some video. With that info, we made an offer contingent on my inspection. I flew in a couple of days later. We ultimately bought the second house. Even while on vacation and on over both the Christmas and New Years holiday, Crista was responsive to texts and emails. I recommend her to anyone looking to relocate to St. Louis. She has good knowledge of several areas in St. Louis and will be upfront with you if she does not. Put Crista on your shortlist and give her and 5 other agents a call. I am sure you will be calling here back. I did.
