I waited a few months to write this review as my husband and I were incredibly emotional and stressed after our awful experience with Ty Allen as our buying agent. If youre moving your young family out of state and are looking for an invested, collaborative, communicative agent, we DO NOT recommend working with Ty Allen. After we expressed disappointment in how she handled an offer on a home, Ty retaliated against us in anyway she could throughout our entire home buying process. From refusing to release us from her buyers contract to not answering our calls to leaving our questions to her admin assistant to leaving my husband out of crucial sale documents to not answering the sellers agents emails to quite literally yelling at me on the phone when I tried to smooth things over, our experience with Ty Allen has been nothing but a nightmare. I cant express the emotional toll this had on our family as we planned our big move out of state.
