If youre moving your young family out of state and are looking for an invested, collaborative, communicative agent, we DO NOT recommend working with Ty Allen. After we expressed disappointment in how she handled an offer on a home, Ty retaliated against us in anyway she could throughout our entire home buying process. From refusing to release us from her buyers contract to not answering our calls to leaving our questions to her admin assistant to leaving my husband out of crucial sale documents to not answering the sellers agents emails to quite literally yelling at me on the phone when I tried to smooth things over, our experience with Ty Allen has been nothing but a nightmare. I cant express the emotional toll this had on our family as we planned our big move out of state.

ZillowVERIFIED Ty and Tracie made my 1st home purchase so easy. Initially I interviewed 3 real estate agents. Ty answered all my questions honestly durning our very first meeting. She ran the process down on how to communicate with her and Tracie (her assistant) and how to schedule viewings. I was able to provide my availability in advance so we could view houses together and how I can view open house. No only that, I was all over the place when it came to where I wanted to move as far as which county or school districts and even accommodated me when I was interested in purchasing land for a new build. ZillowVERIFIED Ty is the best! Im a first time home buyer and I found her by looking at a house with another realtor, her name was out in front of the house on a sign. Weeks went by and finally after not having luck with the realtor I then decided to call her. Ty was upbeat, and wonderful to talk to. I saw a few homes with her without any luck, but we held on and she was encouraging! Finally a home I looked at came available again and we moved forward on it.
