United Realty Group

As a first-time seller, I needed someone I could trust to provide sound advice and effectively handle all phases of the process. From the outset, Gary made me feel that I was in great hands: he's responsive, detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and a total professional. He even came up with several smart strategies to maintain our leverage and get the maximum price for the property. I recommend him highly.

Working with Gary was a seamless process. Throughout the duration of my search, leading up to the day of my closing, he was an advocate for me and my home-seeking preferences. His professionalism, negotiation skills and expertise in the South Florida market largely weighed on my decision to work with Gary. Thank you for your assistance in the purchase of my first property! Well done.

I contacted Gary for his assistance with purchasing my first home which was a great experience. Gary and I saw many properties at Kings Point in Delray Beach, FL. The first thing Gary did was check the age of the AC and hot water heater which are both big ticket items. Whenever I found a property that I might be interested in, he set up appointments the same day or next day and was happy to accommodate my availability. His positive personality helped reduce my stress level as inventory is limited in this area. When I decided on a property, he negotiated and got me the price I was willing to spend. In a nutshell, he really cares about his customer and only wants them to be happy! I highly recommend him.

Gary Golob provided excellent customer service for the sale of Linda's Ft Lauderdale home and the purchase of a home in Boca Raton, FL. Gary exlemplified excellent customer service , patience , perseverance and kindness in both transactions. He is a true asset to United Realty .

Gary did an excellent job assisting me with the purchase of my condo. I initially was looking to rent and he helped me see that ownership was a better option for me. I am so happy I listened to him because I love my condo! He was very knowledgeable with the area that interest me, and was very puntual with the showings since we had viewings around my work schedule. He was one step ahead and had the answer to my questions during the closing process. I must admit that I had the smoothest closing of any home I have ever owned. It was Gary and his team that made my dream come true. I will always be grateful!
