ZillowVERIFIED As a first-time seller, I needed someone I could trust to provide sound advice and effectively handle all phases of the process. From the outset, Gary made me feel that I was in great hands: he's responsive, detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and a total professional. He even came up with several smart strategies to maintain our leverage and get the maximum price for the property. I recommend him highly.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Gary for his assistance with purchasing my first home which was a great experience. Gary and I saw many properties at Kings Point in Delray Beach, FL. The first thing Gary did was check the age of the AC and hot water heater which are both big ticket items. Whenever I found a property that I might be interested in, he set up appointments the same day or next day and was happy to accommodate my availability. His positive personality helped reduce my stress level as inventory is limited in this area. When I decided on a property, he negotiated and got me the price I was willing to spend. In a nutshell, he really cares about his customer and only wants them to be happy! I highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Gary did an excellent job assisting me with the purchase of my condo. I initially was looking to rent and he helped me see that ownership was a better option for me. I am so happy I listened to him because I love my condo! He was very knowledgeable with the area that interest me, and was very puntual with the showings since we had viewings around my work schedule. He was one step ahead and had the answer to my questions during the closing process. I must admit that I had the smoothest closing of any home I have ever owned. It was Gary and his team that made my dream come true. I will always be grateful!

His professionalism, negotiation skills and expertise in the South Florida market largely weighed on my decision to work with Gary. Thank you for your assistance in the purchase of my first property! Well done.

ZillowVERIFIED I had the opportunity to work with Gary twice. He sold my patio villa in Delray and then found me the house of my dreams in West Boynton. Although going through the process was very stressful for me, Gary had this incredible way of keeping everything in the proper perspective and kept reassuring me that both my sale and purchase would happen. He made me believe even during some real rough days. He was always available to me by phone day and night. Voicemail was always returned promptly. Gary is rare. He is there to make his clients happy. I'm in my own business and I see so many people working just for the money. Gary gave his heart and soul to make sure he wouldnt let me down. I'm now a happy resident in a premier 55 plus community. I also have two very happy people living in my old home. Win/Win. Thank you Gary for making this all happen!

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I have been working with Gary for a year and a half. His knowledge of the real estate market, response time, and negotiating skills helped us buy the house of our dreams! Since this is our first home buying experience, we were full of questions and concerns about the process as a whole however, Gary was always so patient in answering all of our questions and putting our minds at ease. We loved working with Gary so much, my father used him as his agent and bought a vacation home. I highly recommend Gary Golob!

ZillowVERIFIED With no previous personal experience with buying a home, I selected Gary Golob without first checking any of his reviews. Talk about luck of the draw. From our very first conversation, Gary advised me that he would work diligently to give me the best service possible and that I could call, text or email him at any time, seven days a week. Gary kept his promise from the beginning of the process, to closing and beyond. Communication is only one of his many qualities. If he did not return my call immediately due to a meeting or assisting another client, he would acknowledge via text or email and reach out to me via phone no less than five minutes or as soon as possible. I never had to assume where we were in the process because Gary kept me informed every step of the way. I say "we" because he makes you feel as though it is he that is purchasing the home and that these are the steps he would take to ensure the best outcome possible. If I did not understand a process, whether it dealt with lenders, titles, inspections etc..., Gary was always there to assist me. Unfortunately, I had the pleasure (or displeasure) of having to deal with a very, very difficult seller. The type that nightmares are made of. Much of the difficulty occurred during the last leg of the process. Without going into detail, I can assure you that Gary worked tirelessly and never wavered in his efforts to ensure that my best interest was his top priority. One should only hope that their agent will give such an effort. Gary has proven, at least to me, and I am confident that I am not alone, that he is committed to his profession, and most importantly, to his clients from beginning to end and beyond. I am 110 PERCENT SATISFIED. So, save yourself the hassle of trying to choose the right agent. I have a friend that will be in the market for a new home within a year or two. I have already recommended that he give Gary a call when he is ready to purchase. Gary is the epitome of customer service. Don't take my word for it, see it for yourself. Thanks for everything Gary.

ZillowVERIFIED Couldn't have managed to purchase a condo as an out-of-stater without Gary. He took care of of so many small details that would have escaped notice. He managed negotiations quickly and efficiently under a pretty tight timeline. He recommended good people for insurance, inspection and title. Definitely would work with him in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a house is incredibly challenging, potentially overwhelming, particularly for first-timers. For my new wife and I, staring down the end of a rapidly-approaching lease expiration, finding a place to live and put down roots seemed hugely daunting, nigh impossible. Then we met Gary. A few weeks later, and we just signed the papers to approve the mortgage. From providing us listings based on his attentive interpretations of our personal and financial requirements, from securing us viewings late into the evening to accommodate our busy schedules, from encouraging us to keep looking when our offers fell through, Gary Golob was with us every step of the way - from start to finish. We found our Home Sweet Home, and it wouldn't have been possible without the wisdom and tenacity of an experienced, savvy, veteran realtor. Thank you, Gary. We truly appreciate all you've done for us.

And, he promptly returns all calls, even into the evening hours. ZillowVERIFIED We called Gary after our Deerfield Beach FL condo had been on the market for nearly a year with few takers. Gary immediately came up with several creative ideas and impressed me with his get-up-and-go attitude. Within 6 weeks we had a solid buyer and we closed! I'd recommend Gary wholeheartedly and urge prospective sellers or buyers to give him a call and use his expertise.
