We are so grateful to have had Adriana Matri by our side during the sale of our home. She was kind, caring, very professional, and always there when we needed her. She went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We truly felt that she cared about us and our home, not just the sale. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

Working with Adriana to buy our home in Boynton Beach was honestly one of the best decisions we made during this whole process. Shes sharp, deeply knowledgeable about the local market, and has a real gift for making complicated moving pieces feel simple. What stood out most was how thorough she was. Nothing slipped past her aEUR" she went through the property with a fine-tooth comb, flagged potential issues before they became problems, and made sure every piece of paperwork was airtight. On the negotiation side, she was relentless in the best way, pushing to get us favorable terms while keeping things collaborative and low-stress with the other side. She was also just easy to reach and easy to talk to. Questions got answered quickly, updates came without us having to chase them down, and she genuinely seemed invested in getting us the right outcome, not just closing quickly. Were now happily settled into our new home, and a lot of that comes down to having Adriana in our corner. If youre navigating a home purchase in South Florida, shes the kind of agent you want on your side.
