ZillowVERIFIED Working with Adriana to buy our home in Boynton Beach was honestly one of the best decisions we made during this whole process. Shes sharp, deeply knowledgeable about the local market, and has a real gift for making complicated moving pieces feel simple. What stood out most was how thorough she was. Nothing slipped past her aEUR" she went through the property with a fine-tooth comb, flagged potential issues before they became problems, and made sure every piece of paperwork was airtight. On the negotiation side, she was relentless in the best way, pushing to get us favorable terms while keeping things collaborative and low-stress with the other side. She was also just easy to reach and easy to talk to. Questions got answered quickly, updates came without us having to chase them down, and she genuinely seemed invested in getting us the right outcome, not just closing quickly. Were now happily settled into our new home, and a lot of that comes down to having Adriana in our corner. If youre navigating a home purchase in South Florida, shes the kind of agent you want on your side.

ZillowVERIFIED Adriana was excellent to work with. She was on top of everything from the time the initial contract was signed to the time I moved. She completely staged my home and was there until the last day. I have never met a more professional and caring agent. If I needed someone to power wash or clean, she was there with recommendations. I have dealt with other agents over the years and now understand how crucial it is to pick the right agent. Adriana is an amazing agent, and I would highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Adriana is the BEST. First worked with her in 2015 and then again in 2023. If my repeat business is not enough of a recommendation. (1) NOBODY will work harder for you. She is not just doing canned internet searches, or simple posting of pictures, her hands are working, she is making calls, truly using her network of contacts to get you the best transaction. (2) Her knowledge of the area/people, and the market are advantages she brings to your transaction that are invaluable. I have bought/sold property in four different states over the last 20 years, Adriana is truly a gem. Call her and get the advantages that a true professional brings.

ZillowVERIFIED Adriana is 1 in a million, sticking by us when we searched extensively for a home for our family in 2018 and then guiding us through the sale process 5 years later when we had to leave Florida (for now). Seek no further than Adriana Matri if you need to find (or sell) your forever home or holiday home from Boca to Orlando.

ZillowVERIFIED Adriana Marti, helped my husband and I the perfect condo. She was there for us each step of the whole process. Selling a huge home, to purchase a 2 bedroom condo was not easy, as we were so attracted to our old home. However, Adriana, perfectly understood and didn't fail to meet our expectations. She literally took us to see condos that were very much what we were looking for. Nothing more and nothing less. Adriana, was/is great to work with. In a moments notice, she would take us back to whichever condo we were interested in. She also never flinched and never hesitated no matter what time to answer our calls and/or emails. There was never a concern she could not clarify for us. Adriana, is a true professional. Add to that, caring, competent, compassionate and very honest. If you're looking to buy and downside, Adriana is the best. I highly recommend her and will if I know of anyone else looking to buy. I wish Adriana many blessings ?? many sales and all the best. Please consider giving her a call when you're ready. I assure you, she won't disappoint. Thank you, Adriana for all your hard work and patience with us and most importantly finding us the perfect condo for us. Blessings and again wishing you the very best in your career. Thank you, Zillow, for allowing me to give Adriana a great review. She deserves it, as I never thought anyone would find us the perfect place for this new chapter of our lives...Adriana a perfect ten (10)!

ZillowVERIFIED Adriana was a pleasure to work with as she was on top of everything as needed. She helped us search for homes and kept us updated on information the developments offered. She stayed ontop of send listings to my email to choose from. When we did find the home we liked she took the time to travel quite far to help with my home process as we live out of state from where we were buying our next home. She provided exceptional service and went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend her for your home purchase. We will definitely work with her again in the future for our next home purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Adriana for more than 5 years, since when we bought our first place with her help as a buyers agent. When we decided to sell our place to didn't think twice before reaching out to her, not because she was a top dollar real estate agent around the area but her exceptional working style, the ability to work amicably with all the involved parties and the market advise she provides above and beyond what is expected out of a realtor. After looking at all the hard work she was putting in while we have our listing during a pandemic in making sure every one is safe, scheduling with the right buyers, not going in with the first offer we got and waited to get the right offer to sell our property was a terrific effort. I couldnt have asked for any better realtor agent to sell our property. I would highly recommend her for any real-estate transaction whether this is your first home buying experience or your investment properties.

Purchasing a home while living out of state can be very hectic; however, Adriana was there every step of the way. ZillowVERIFIED Adrianas local knowledge and expertise in Boca Raton made it an easy decision to work with her. With a family in tow, I needed a home with a yard, 2 car garage , pool, space for pets etc and good schools. Not an easy combination but Adriana helped us check all the right boxes and sign the deal. Extremely friendly personality, always on schedule and to cap it off, we found our Florida home.
