Sally Jo and Steve recently served as our agents in selling our condo. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond our expectations. Our condo sold quickly due to their excellent advice. They stayed with the process every inch of the way from beginning to end. They were available and responded quickly to our many questions during the process. I highly recommend Sally-Jo and Steve Wickham at Team Wickham in Eugene for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. From our very first meeting, they demonstrated incredible market knowledge and professionalism. We were living out of the country and had a broken pipe at the property, Steve helped us get a contractor and resolved the issue very quickly When it came time to close, their negotiation skills and attention to detail truly stood out. While we ended up with the Wickhams automatically here on Zillow, we couldn't be happier with it. They were so amazing and helpful for us first-time buyers and made the whole process so simple. They went above and beyond to help get us the best deals and work out any issues. Absolutely would recommend!
