Not only did we purchase our first home, but our twins were only 2 months old when we began looking at listings. Team Wickham was highly flexible and knowledgeable, which TREMENDOUSLY eased our stress related to home buying and made the whole process as quick and easy as possible. ZillowVERIFIED We were searching for a three bed house, for our family, for eleven months in a two year span. Nine of those months was with another Realtor. Which started out great, for the three months of the previous year. We had an excepted offer, but backed out, after we saw the inspection report. We called off the house searching until the next year. Again, everything started great, but after a few viewings in the first month, the other realtor seemed to have lost interest in helping us. We found Team Wickham, FIRED the old realtor, and in the matter of three weeks we found our self's putting an offer on a house. It was just out of where we really wonted, but better, we didn't even think of that area. and it truly was a better spot. Team Wickham are old school workers, if they can't get a hold of someone by phone (like a seller, another agent, even your financing institution) they will go to them in person, and get what needs to get done.

ZillowVERIFIED met this so called team at a home(that he was the listing agent for), could not answer any questions in regards to the property or residence. the tenant walked us all through and gave us the lowdown. he spent quite a bit of time looking at his phone and running to the car where his other team member was. The team was supposed to send a site map by email, it has been 3 weeks. We will be avoiding this team as they are not TEAM PLAYERS. oh a heads up this realtor was quick to judge the people in the home. He also acted upset with the tenants for sharing useful information about the property as if he would try to hide problems with the house from you to sell it to you.

ZillowVERIFIED First of all, let me say I am giving the full 5 star review for the very first time in any review I have done, and if I could give a TEN star review I would. Team Wickham hit it out of the park for us. We began working with Steve and Sally Jo around December of 2014. Our situation was a little unique, because we were trying to purchase a home from across the country and only wanted to fly out once. Steve took the time right away to get to know what our needs were, so that there wouldn't be time wasted - his or ours. During the 2 months or so we were looking, it seemed like if a house came up that we liked it was sold very quickly, but he would go by and review them for us. One home caught our eye and Steve made an appointment to view it, and he and Sally Jo called afterwards and described it from top to bottom and we could tell from the call that they were excited about it, we had found the one. They gave us enough technical detail about the place that we felt comfortable making an offer sight unseen, which is a good thing we did because there were multiple offers. I could go on and on, but we ended up flying out and purchasing that home in the days that followed. During the entire process Steve and Sally Jo went above and beyond in so many areas. They are professional, VERY knowledgeable and a joy to work with. We couldn't be happier with our home or the process to purchase it, and this thanks is due to them.
