UNITED COUNTRY MIDWEST REALTY & AUCTION

Kerri was awesome to work with in our recent home sale. She shared her knowledge freely and went above and beyond for our personal needs. She is driven to get the job down for the best results for you. I would recommend her highly to everyone.

Kerrie was incredible from start to finish. She gave us genuine advice on which houses we should or shouldnt focus on, but never pressured us if we still wanted to see something, she made it happen. She negotiated concessions from the seller exactly as we hoped, and she was lightning fast in responding to every message. She handled everything flawlessly. There were no surprises, no confusion, just results. She even had great connections, from inspectors to banks, so we always felt supported. Honestly, shes like a shark in the best way; she gets things done. The first house we wanted is the one she got us, and we are truly happy! She made this a 10/10 experience. We will go to her when its time to sell our home.

Great work, I just let her do her job and she did it with perfection. She made the process very transparent. The house she found was exactly what I was looking for and well within my range. Any time I needed to call and ask questions she was always there to answer the phone in a nice and respectful way. She has a great team with her that gets everything done within time lines.

Kerrie was amazing. She was knowledgeable, made sure we were informed, and guided us through the process. As a first time homebuyer we had questions that she answered with no problem. Would reccomend Kerrie any time!

Kerrie did a great job with everything we wanted and brought up during the purchasing process. Anything that happened she kept us updated on and pushed for what we wanted. Great to work with!
