ZillowVERIFIED Kerrie was incredible from start to finish. She gave us genuine advice on which houses we should or shouldnt focus on, but never pressured us if we still wanted to see something, she made it happen. She negotiated concessions from the seller exactly as we hoped, and she was lightning fast in responding to every message. She handled everything flawlessly. There were no surprises, no confusion, just results. She even had great connections, from inspectors to banks, so we always felt supported. Honestly, shes like a shark in the best way; she gets things done. The first house we wanted is the one she got us, and we are truly happy! She made this a 10/10 experience. We will go to her when its time to sell our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Kerrie was extremely helpful and made our first time buying as stress free as it could be! Kerrie is VERY knowledgeable of the area so she knows what to look out for in different neighborhoods, the history of the homes and the good and bad about the contractors who built them unlike many of the other realtors we were approached by. She was always available to answer all of our questions and concerns and was never afraid to be honest with us. I was confident Kerrie wouldnt let us make a bad decision and she did everything she could to get us the best deal in the end. Cant recommend enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Honestly if I could Kerri 12 stars, we definitely would! My boyfriend and I were first time home buyers and did not know anything of the process of what to look for when buying a house. Kerri knows her stuff to a T. After the first house we looked at, we knew she was someone who would guide us honestly. She had our back and protected us. Kerri is on the ball and always working. She makes you feel like family from the beginning and helps your family find the right home and is right there by your side from the beginning to the end. Kerrie Shumate is knowledgeable, prompt, and will stop at nothing to help you find your dream home. She met with us over the course of several months at odd times (weekends included) and at remote locations.
