Annette and Jason were sooooo helpful in selling home and purchasing new home. They were always quick to respond and going above and beyond. Have already recommended them to friends. Thank you both for making this a smooth experience.

Ive bought and sold with Annette and Jason, and theyve exceeded expectations every time. Their market expertise and attention to detail are top-notch, but what really stands out is how much they care about their clients. Theyre honest, approachable, and always put your best interests first. If you want realtors who treat you like more than a transaction, these are the people to call.

Annette Holmes has been very professional and patient and our relationship has been based on trust, honesty and transparency. She has a clear vision of what is fair and try to do what is always the best for her customer. I felt very supported in this difficult phase of selling my new built home. I highly recommend Holmes team, a very professional team to take care of your "Home sweet home". If I return to Phoenix, i will definitively contact her again. Manuel G.

The Holmes Team exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond any other experience we ever had with realtors in the past. Their knowledge, proactive communication, consultation, expertise , service and connections make them top in their field. We would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering a real estate transaction.

Annette and Jason are the A+ team! They bring together a host of talents between them and complement each other so well. We loved working with them and they took care of us through the process of selling our home (from prepping to turning over the keys) and buying our dream home finding just the right fit for our next chapter! Thank you for taking such amazing care of us!
