They were able to compile a great list of options that were updated daily based on everything we knew that we wanted.They understood we had a semi-flexible deadline to find a new place and helped us put together a list for when we were able to visit over a weekend. We spent 2 days visiting several places around Phoenix and the surrounding cities, giving suggestions to help us be close to what we needed and wanted. Despite it being one of the hottest weekends, they were willing to visit as many homes as we were trying to see.Both agents were very helpful - Specifically Jason is very knowledgeable of what to look for in the construction of houses (even offered suggestions on later improvements) and Annette very knowledgeable of the processes involved and helping us with how to make the best offers. Though I'd trust both in the full event of buying a house.We tried to make some offers while we were physically in Phoenix, but it wasn't until after our visit that we found our current place (which we love!). They provided facetime walkthroughs for us, even including driving around the neighborhood to show us what was available which helped immensely.This is our second home purchase and comparatively, this was extremely smooth to the last. They are both extremely honorable, transparent, responsive, and persistent in representing their clients' interests. When we went to tour homes with them, both were quick to point out flaws or defects or concerns with the house or neighborhood. When we sold homes, they were frank about market conditions and negotiated on our behalf accordingly. I never felt like she valued our business any less than her higher priced properties. She is extremely responsive and has great communication skills. She was quick to answer whenever I had a question or concern, was early or on-time for every meeting, and she and Jason went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was a good one. However, we have to say that in working with Annette & Jason Holmes we found the perfect team to shepherd us through all details of this buy. Offer, counteroffer, acceptance and other relevant papers were all handled electronically in a very professional manner over a three day period. The property was in the same neighborhood as their home giving them first-hand knowledge to answer any of our concerns, thus keeping our minds at ease in this long-distant relationship. Additional attention through escrow and inspection insured the completion of an overall smooth process. Also, being "just up the street" they were able to monitor cosmetic work being done to our house prior to the move.
