Tyndall Realty Group, LLC

We ended up working with Alton almost by accident, but thank goodness we did. His knowledge and expertise was invaluable when it came to finding the perfect home to buy. He was patient as we navigated life changes and our budget, offered sound advice but never pressured us, and communicated clearly and quickly at every turn. We appreciate his professionalism but also his tenacity, as he is always willing to go to bat to make sure his clients are treated fairly. If you are looking for someone to help navigate buying, selling, or even renovating a home, Alton is a fantastic choice.

Alton did an outstanding job with helping us buy a house and also sell our home. It was a very smooth process. Alton is very knowledgeable and helpful and was willing to answer any questions we had. Thanks to his expertise and advice, our home sold the first day it was on the market for more than asking price. I highly recommend Alton.

Alton is the best realtor that I have ever worked with. His knowledge and expertise was amazing. His negotiation skills are outstanding. He really works hard to help you and get you the best deal possible.

Alton has been great to work with. He has sold multiple properties for me. For each sale, he made sure that I got a great deal. He takes the time to explain each process and what to expect. Excellent communication! He works very hard to make sure his clients are well taken care of.

Alton did a fantastic job from beginning to end. He was communicative, diligent, and helped us navigate a multiple offer situation. He was a referral from a family member and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the area. 10/10 recommend!
