I, as the POA & Executor of my Fathers Estate, needed an abundance of assistance in the complete process from Executorship to the final sale & closing of the Estate property. During the process of the selling of the Estate, I had questions that I needed an answer to and/or his opinion of how to go about the selling of the property. At the start of the process, he met me at my Fathers property, went over a plan of action, set the plan in motion and guided me seamlessly throughout the entire process. Altons 23 years of experience was obvious from the beginning as he explained things to me, that I would have never thought of on my own. I am really BIG on Trust and Alton earned my Trust from the start of the sale through the end of the sale. He was open to communication via email, text or calls from me anytime I had a question, and he advised me on a variety of potential challenging scenarios we may encounter. When the property went to Closing, Alton guided me through many questions I had prior to signing the final sellers agreement, as the POA & Executor of the Estate. If there is such a think as grading a Real Estate Agent w/ a satisfaction rating of higher than 100%, I would give this rating to Alton. Very Pleased throughout the entire process. Whether it was during the showing walk through, the initial offer, the home inspection or the overall process, Alton's advice at each step proved invaluable. With his guidance, our offer was accepted on the FIRST house we loved and wanted which is hard to do in this market. He even worked hard to save us $15K after the appraisal came in. I cant say enough great things about Alton. He was amazing to work with and I highly recommend him if you are in the market to buy a home. In my opinion, you wont be able to find a relator that will work harder for you!

He was our real estate agent for the selling of my Mothers home , which was our first experience . Alton knew this was difficult for me, because it was the home I grew up in. He was so helpful, understanding , and compassionate. Altons advice, knowledge and expertise took all the burden off of my husband and I. ZillowVERIFIED Alton Tyndall is a one of a kind realtor, coming from a background on the police force, which you will surely know after speaking with him, he uses humor and his knowledge of the area to pinpoint the type of home and neighborhood that will interest you most. He is very well connected, renovating many homes himself, and can put you in contact with many artisan level contractors that charge modest labor fees. He keeps up with the market well, he has informed me several times over the last year as I am looking to make a move that my home is going up in value and the amount we can expect to get for it when it is time for us to sell. I couldn't recommend him enough, he cuts up, he's quite the character, and he will keep you entertained and well informed.
