She helped us sell our home and purchase our dream home in the country, and we are so thankful we had her throughout the process. She recommended painters, arranged for a stager to come help us get the house ready for showings, and made sure we were putting our best foot forward. Our situation was a little more complicated because we couldn't purchase our new home until ours sold, and our buyers couldn't purchase our home until theirs sold. There were a lot of moving pieces, and at times it felt like everything was hanging in the balance. Toni kept up with all of it and made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way.
