Shanda Davey at Turneround Homes of Keller Williams was truly a pleasure to work with! I was helping my Grandson and his wife look for their first home to purchase and Shanda was very helpful, keeping us informed of available houses in their price range and desired location without any pressure or stress to hurry. Her recommendation to get pre-approved for a loan was instrumental in our ability to react fast when we finally found the aEURoeperfectaEUR? house. Her recommendation for a loan originator and lending agency also turned out to be an excellent choice in getting our offer accepted! The perfect house came on the market at 4:00pm on a Friday afternoon and by 10:00pm, there were 4 offers!
