Her attention to detail, thoughtfulness and care throughout our entire selling and buying process was beyond what I could hope for. From the staging of our previous home, to the professional pictures she had taken. I appreciated all the little important details that made our home attractive to buyers. She kept us calm in times of high stress when we were selling our home, and was the voice of reason when we needed it. As we went through the process of buying our new house (we moved in city), she was able to offer her expertise and wisdom as we made decisions regarding lot selection, and what would add the most value. She is a phenomenal negotiator and while stern, is extremely caring and empathetic. She made what can be a very stressful process, much more manageable. I am so grateful for her. Once we signed, she then took the lead with staging, minor repairs needed, and orchestrated a final closing through some touchy circumstances.
