FREE, honest review...Don't waste your time with him. Mark was not good at getting back us on any of our concerns ...in fact my emails went to his junk mail once we signed the contract and paid our earnest money. He doesn't advocate for you as a buyer when you are upset, he just does what he has to make the sale. He will tell you what ever he can to make the sale. Honesty and integrity is not in his ability. He not only lied to us in the beginning about the lot we were purchasing but continued to lie to make the sale go through in the end. We picked our house, we picked everything in it and we loved it and believed they (Saint Aubyn, who Mark represents) would make the issues right as they came up which is why we chose to close on the house after waiting 5 months for the build process. Save yourself some headaches and find an honest person and quality builder.

Mark is a great realtor, and proud to keep him in my rolodex and share with others wanting a realtor. He is extremely knowledgable in what it takes to sell your house. He is straight forward and manages your expectations perfectly from selling your property to purchasing a St. Aubyn Home. He understands your needs, wants, etc. When we decided to put our house up for sale, he walked the property and told us X, Y, Z must be done. The listing process was easy, and sure enough, we had 4 showings and three offers in less than a day. He knows what it takes to sell your home. As for buying a new build - Mark and his team were with us the entire way. We did not encounter any of the new home build problems you hear about. We strongly recommend a St. Aubyn Home and are proud to be in our new community. Stop looking for a realtor. Mark is your guy.
