Travis proved himself through our personal home buying experience, and exceeded our expectations. We never felt rushed or forced with Travis, who balanced keeping us on schedule, under budget, and on track with genuinely listening to us and giving us space to think over our options. He worked with our eccentric schedule and we got along with him very well. When it came time to extend an offer, Travis provided sound advice and helped us negotiate a fair price. ZillowVERIFIED Travis Turner is a diamond in the rough. We are so lucky to have stumbled across him in our search for a buyer's agent. His knowledge and service are impeccable. He responds quickly to every question or request. He showed us everything we showed interest in, and quickly helped us narrow down our preferences. We ended up interested in a short sale, and Travis told us up front it would probably take 6 months, which was fortunately time we had. 6 months later and we are closed on our dream property. Throughout it all, Travis was a fountain of knowledge and a calming influence. Travis's partner (his father) is great too, especially when you need information on tricky Colorado water rights. ZillowVERIFIED We just completed our 32d move ... our 4th in Colorado Springs in the past 11 years. We have owned multiple houses and have had countless dealings with Real Estate agents good and bad. We originally came across Travis from a sign in someone's yard. Friends who were agents wanted our business and past agents were all over us. We weren't really looking for someone new, but switching to Travis was the best decision we ever made regarding real estate.1. He represented us on the sale of our new home. Marketing was amazing. Photos were stunning. Advice was on point. He was there when we needed him and stayed away when we didn't. Super responsive which was important to us. Fantastic job all around. We cannot recommend him highly enough.2. He represented us on the purchase of our new home. We thought we knew everything, but found out we did not. Travis listened carefully to our wishes, the provided us the details on a group of homes in the right price range, right size, right number of bedrooms, walk out, 3 car garage ... you get the picture. Unlike other agents from the past, he did not waste our time with something we would not consider. In the end we bought a house from his recommendation that we had not considered until he found it. He knew exactly the neighborhoods to show us in Flying Horse and Black Forest based off of what we told him we were looking for, and he gave us the no nonsense pros and cons of each area that helped us nail down our decision. His knowledge of the north side of Colorado Springs was incredible, giving us the info on schools, commercial, future developments, etc. Always professional, always responsive to our inquiries, and enjoyable to ride around in a car with for 4 hours looking at houses (which goes a long way in my book).
