Worked with Michael last year on the sale of my condo-property in DC. The property was ultimately sold, but I dont believe I got the best deal. I had the unit remodeled and I was told that it was going to be professionally cleaned aEUR" I did not see any evidence of that. I was told that there were a steady stream of people looking at the apartment while it was listed aEUR" and so I stayed there for a couple of weeks and did not see any evidence of this. Finally, no one was representing the buyers side and I was not made aware of this until after closing. There is a conflict of interest in this situation (in other words, Michael being the sole real estate agent in the transaction will collect the full commission). If he truly was representing only my interests, he should only get A 1/2 the commission.
