Brett was very knowledge able in the market and listened to all my concerns and questions. The final days leading up to closing were nothing short of a headache and he did what he could to get us to settlement including involving his manger for help. As much as I enjoyed working with Brett we have found our forever home and wont need his services in the future. We wish him all the luck in the world and great success.

We originally planned to relocate from Philadelphia to Lancaster, and Brett's local Southcentral PA expertise was very valuable to us. Ultimately, however, we decided to stay in Northwest Philadelphia. Brett was patient and very accommodating with coordinating showings, especially since the Philly territory was far beyond his usual coverage. His extensive knowledge and quick communication regarding each step of the offer to closing process removed a lot of worry for us as first-time buyers. We highly recommend Brett to potential buyers.

My experience working with Brett was good. He was recommending to me through Zillow, and we saw houses in Lancaster as well as York. This was my first home buying experience so I dont have anything to compare it to.

Brett was extremely knowledgeable and patient, showing us several listings for over a year until we found the perfect home. His guidance and expertise made the entire buying process much smoother, and we truly appreciated his dedication

Brett was very professional and made my move from another state seamless. He walked me through the entire process until the final closing. Highly recommend! Thanks again!
