We originally planned to relocate from Philadelphia to Lancaster, and Brett's local Southcentral PA expertise was very valuable to us. Ultimately, however, we decided to stay in Northwest Philadelphia. Brett was patient and very accommodating with coordinating showings, especially since the Philly territory was far beyond his usual coverage. His extensive knowledge and quick communication regarding each step of the offer to closing process removed a lot of worry for us as first-time buyers. We highly recommend Brett to potential buyers.

Brett was very knowledge able in the market and listened to all my concerns and questions. The final days leading up to closing were nothing short of a headache and he did what he could to get us to settlement including involving his manger for help. As much as I enjoyed working with Brett we have found our forever home and wont need his services in the future. We wish him all the luck in the world and great success.

My experience working with Brett was good. He was recommending to me through Zillow, and we saw houses in Lancaster as well as York. This was my first home buying experience so I dont have anything to compare it to.

Brett was wonderful through my home purchase process. We were buying through a HUD process and Brett went above and beyond to learn all the intricacies associated with that process and communicate effectively and openly through the whole purchase. Every time I reached out he was immediately responsive and worked to help with or solve whatever issue was presented in the moment. I would absolutely recommend him and would work with him again in the future!

Brett made the purchase of our home very simple. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained everything. He made our move from out of state very simple and worked with us every step of the way and accommodated our travel schedules. Truly a pleasure to work with and we closed on our house within a month of seeing it. Extremely efficient

Home shopping can be a roller coaster, but if you place yourself in the hands of a top shelf agent like Brett, you will exit the ride with your dream home , sanity in tact. Brett goes the extra mile and leaves the competion behind. He works hard for, and genuinely cares about his clients. Our family feel as though we won the agent lottery. He is kind, thoughtful, brilliant and determined. He answers questions and texts or calls you back, is a world class negotiator. He's funny, kind and puts you at ease from moment one. Choosing anyone else is settling for less.

Brett was fantastic to work with. He was quick to respond to any question( and I had many) whether it was during the week or weekend. He went above and beyond to help us. After we bought the house, I still text him with questions and he is just as timely as he was when we were in the process of buying which says even more because he doesnt forget about you after his job is done. I would totally recommend Brett to anyone looking for a house.

Brett helped us find our forever home. We went through two different buying processes to get to the home we finally settled on. While the initial home we wanted to purchase was slow and negotiations were less than favorable, I think it was more the seller and her agent than Brett himself. However, his knowledge of the area helped our unique situation. We needed a home that could not only house our family of five but my parents as well, plus land to go with it. Brett had a good knowledge of the area and did everything in his power to get every box check that we needed when looking for a home. The second house that we put and offer in on and purchased was much smoother than the initial. Brett was prompt and pro-active in just about every aspect of the process that was in his power. My family and I are very thankful for Brett and all his help and knowledge throughout this process.

I really enjoyed working with Brett while both selling my home and buying a new one. Brett made a daunting process more easy and understandable. For me, the qualities I appreciated most in Brett were his responsiveness and his ability to answer my questions. Many times, Brett would also reach out to other agents in his office for opinions. This made me feel even more confident in the decisions I was making. Brett spent a lot of time explaining parts of the process in ways I could easily understand. It was easy to get in touch with Brett when I needed something and he would often check in on me. I would recommend Brett to any of my contacts who are looking to sell and/or buy a home!
