I happened to meet Kristina at an open house, not really knowing what we were getting ourselves into. Looking back, we genuinely could not have gotten luckier. From that very first interaction, she immediately made us feel like we were being taken care of. As first-time homebuyers, the entire process felt like learning a new language, and Kristina became our translator. No matter how many questions we had, she never once made us feel like we were wasting her time. She was incredibly responsive and seemingly available 24/7, always willing to explain something, answer a question, or simply make sure we understood what was happening. When we finally submitted our very first offer, we were terrified. Later that same day, Kristina called to tell us we had WON. I think she was just as shocked too because she told us people rarely win on a first offer! Most importantly though, from that first offer all the way through closing, she made sure we were informed, comfortable, and understood every step of the process. It never felt transactional. It felt like she was just as invested in making sure we made the right decisions as we were. Her communication was exceptional. Even when she knew she would be unavailable, she communicated that in advance, so we were never left wondering where our realtor was or what was happening. She also has an incredible network of people she trusts. By the end of the process, if Kristina recommended someone, I trusted without hesitation that she was pointing us in the right direction. Kristina is a mom, and I think that comes through in the way she takes care of her clients. It genuinely felt like she wanted what was best for Leah and me, and was determined to make sure we got it. I could simply say that Kristina is an amazing realtor, that she is knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy, and that I highly recommend her.
