ZillowVERIFIED I happened to meet Kristina at an open house, not really knowing what we were getting ourselves into. Looking back, we genuinely could not have gotten luckier. From that very first interaction, she immediately made us feel like we were being taken care of. As first-time homebuyers, the entire process felt like learning a new language, and Kristina became our translator. No matter how many questions we had, she never once made us feel like we were wasting her time. She was incredibly responsive and seemingly available 24/7, always willing to explain something, answer a question, or simply make sure we understood what was happening. What I appreciated most about Kristina was how genuine she was. It can sometimes be difficult to know whether someone in a sales-driven profession truly has your best interests at heart. With Kristina, we never questioned it. We toured several houses that were clearly not right for us, and she was never afraid to give us her genuine opinion rather than push us toward making an offer. At one point, she essentially told us, aEURoeI wouldn't let my kid live there, so neither are you.aEUR? I feel like a lot of times you can get that sort of aEURoecar salesmanaEUR? vibe from realtors, and I can safely say we never felt that way during our home-buying process. When we finally submitted our very first offer, we were terrified. Later that same day, Kristina called to tell us we had WON. I think she was just as shocked too because she told us people rarely win on a first offer! Most importantly though, from that first offer all the way through closing, she made sure we were informed, comfortable, and understood every step of the process. It never felt transactional. It felt like she was just as invested in making sure we made the right decisions as we were. Her communication was exceptional. Even when she knew she would be unavailable, she communicated that in advance, so we were never left wondering where our realtor was or what was happening. She also has an incredible network of people she trusts. By the end of the process, if Kristina recommended someone, I trusted without hesitation that she was pointing us in the right direction. Kristina is a mom, and I think that comes through in the way she takes care of her clients. It genuinely felt like she wanted what was best for Leah and me, and was determined to make sure we got it. I could simply say that Kristina is an amazing realtor, that she is knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy, and that I highly recommend her. All of those things are true, but they are also things you can read in countless five-star reviews. What matters is why. We happened to meet someone at an open house who became the person we trusted to guide us through one of the biggest purchases of our lives. She protected us from making decisions we might have regretted, patiently answered every first-time homebuyer question we could come up with, surrounded us with professionals we could trust, advocated for us when it mattered, and ultimately helped us become homeowners feeling confident that we had made the right decision. So yes, Kristina is an exceptional realtor. But after experiencing the entire process with her, I genuinely believe you would be doing yourself a disservice by not having someone like her in your corner. If we ever buy another home, there is absolutely no question who our first call will be.

She listened to our needs and was responsive and helpful when we thought it might not close. Kristina is very personable and she knows the market. She thoroughly explained the advantage and disadvantages of selling the house with a pocket listing. It was all a smooth, easy process. Our time with Kristina was short because this all happened so fast. We called her to say we would like het to look at the house and give her assessment.
