When it came time to sell our waterfront home, there wasn't anyone else we considered. She is extremely competent and diligent in her representation, and knows and practices all the latest marketing techniques. She also knows a vast network of other realtors, both local and out-of-area, through whom she was able to expose our property. Once our home went under contract, she immediately began all the follow-up steps like appraisals and inspections to make sure everything happened smoothly and on time, and the closing happened just like that!

She went over and above to accommodate so to make the sale go through as effortlessly and least stress possible. She was on top of helping with deadlines on sale, purchase and mortgage. She has a professional attitude and a calm nature. No one else could have handled my sale as well as she did.
