Tracy Arey Real Estate, LLC

We had the pleasure of working with Beth on the purchase of a new construction home from out of state. She was always available to answer any questions and make sure we were on track throughout the entire process. Tracy was also very helpful and ready to answer any questions we had about the house or neighborhood. Their attention to detail and friendly conversations made the home-buying process so much better. Thank you, Beth and Tracy!

Having worked with Beth and Tracy on both the buying and selling of our home, I can say they are absolutely excellent to work with. They took time to understand our needs, are extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and have great connections around the area. We are very grateful to have met them nearly 5 years ago, and they will continue to be our go-to couple for all things real estate.

We moved from the Pacific Northwest. Bennett did a great job in helping us transition to a completely new area. He showed us several homes with the criteria we desired. He was thorough in researching comparable homes. He negotiated a fair price for us. He followed up on any questions that we had in a timely fashion. Thank you, Bennett!

Bennett is the best Realtor! He is quick, efficient, and extremely good at his job. He is great at working with other Realtors and has made the selling and buying process so easy for us. Bennett is also kind and so so patient! He took us to tons of houses and answered millions of questions. Whether you are buying or selling, we would choose Bennett time and time again!!

We were so blessed to have had Bennett as our realtor. He is very professional and he worked with our schedules which made our home buying process all the more easier. He answered all of our questions and everything was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Bennett as a realtor.
