ZillowVERIFIED We initially met Beth Arey at an open house about a year and a half before we actually purchased our house. After talking to her for 10 minutes, she knew everything we were looking for in a house. We looked at a few then, but decided to wait a few months. Again, Beth was happy to help and showed us several more houses. Renters at the time, we quickly ran out of time in our buying window. But not once did Beth complain. We mentioned we would like to try again at the start of the following year. Fast forward to January 2018. We reached out to Beth with our pre-approval in hand and not only did she remember us, I barely beat her to reaching out as she had a reminder to do so! We already picked out the house we liked from scouring Zillow for months and she was quick to get a showing scheduled for the next day. Immediately after the showing, we put in an offer. Beth got us our paperwork super quick and we were off. When it came time for negotiations, not only did she explain everything to us, but she helped us get a fair price and all the repairs we asked for plus a huge chunk of our closing costs! I often felt I didn't have to lift a finger as Beth was quick to schedule estimates from repair contractors, was present to speak to the inspectors, and was always working for us.Beth not only helped with all of that, but after a worried email from us she as able to get us a closing date that was 15 days earlier than the one in our original contract and did all of the talking with the seller's agent as well as our lender to work it all out! No matter what time of day, I always knew that I could reach out to Beth either by phone or by email and she would be on it. That treatment didn't end at closing either. Any questions that we have had after closing she has been quick to answer. In our opinion, Beth is the best in the business. We knew she was the agent for us when she could determine our tastes and wishlist from a 10 minute casual conversation. We're so happy we worked with her, and will be looking her up again in the future when it is time to move on to a new house!Thank you for working with us, probably your most neurotic homebuyers! We can't wait until it's time to work with you again after we enjoy this house for a while!

When I wanted to meet somewhere and look over it, she was always willing to head out there and walk the land with me. I will only ever use her for my real estate needs from here on out. They showed us about 12 houses giving us many options but all within the parameters we had discussed. Helped finding the correct people to inspect the house. Helped negotiate a deal on the house we purchased. We were from out of state and were able to give us quality people to help with the repairs we did to make this house ours. We also had a rental that we eventually decided to sell. Being that we were out of state, Tracy and Beth stepped up and got the rental back in excellent shape. We discussed a plan and put the house on the market. We had an offer on the first day, with 3 other offers in the next 2 days. First offer was a lowball offer. We ended up completing the sale that week and signed the paper work within that month. The sale price was the asking price.
