It was a genuine pleasure working with Crystell as a buying agent. She was also the listing/selling agent on the property we purchased. And if not for the intelligent and unique way she marketed the property, we would not have ever even found it. Then from our first conversation with her, my wife and I realized this is who we wanted to represent us as well. It takes discernment, wisdom, and integrity to broker a deal well from both sides. But Crystell did so with great maturity and professionalism. Not only did Crystell know the property and the local market, the details she shared about the home itself when showing it to us, testified to her work ethic in going above and beyond in every way. Pardon the pun, but Crystell really is "wise" beyond her years. She understands the Western Lane County market incredibly well and has a wealth of experience that helps her really understand all aspects of a real estate transaction--Including a background in engineering, and great understanding of construction methodologies. We turned to a mortgage provider we had used a couple of times in the past, and when they really fell down a time or two, missing deadlines over the course of our home purchase in the midst of the coronavirus outbreak, Crystell really stepped up, providing clear communications and expectations with our lender's team and the seller's agent.
