A True Godsend! It finally came time to help my mum sell her 2nd home as she is getting older with cognitive decline and can no longer keep track of the maintenance. We lived briefly in this home before renting it out and it truly was our favorite home with the happiest of memories; so this was a particularly difficult transition on many levels.
