My wife and I just purchased a home in Pasadena CA. Toma was recommended by a friend who had purchased a couple homes with Toma as their agent. We went into the process feeling pretty nervous, but after working with Toma we felt more and more confident about getting our home. He really took the time to figure out what we were looking for then used his extensive knowledge of homes and neighborhoods to guide us in the right direction. He was always there to answer any questions we had and really made the whole process feel comfortable. Our tours of homes were filled with recommendations, straight forward opinions, stories, and laughs. When we found a home that we wanted to move forward with, Toma expertly negotiated on our behalf. Tom helped me purchase my home in 2014. At the time I was very happy with his hard work and dedication, and impressed with his quick mind and knowledge of the area. No one works harder, and no one is smarter than Tom in my opinion. So when it was time to sell my investment property in 2025, he was my first choice. I recently sold my childhood home, a duplex in Tujunga that needed significant work. Both units were tenant-occupied, so it required a very specific type of buyer willing to purchase a fixer with renters already in place. I asked Tom to represent me because of his deep experience in the SunlandaEUR"Tujunga area. My hope was that if the standard MLS listing didnt attract the right buyer, his network might. Tom priced the property correctly from the start and we got offers, however the Buyers were not a good fit. Ultimately he got me exactly what I was hoping for. When the MLS listing didnt attract the right buyer, he connected me with a qualified buyer he had worked with before, and the transaction came together from there. We also ran into a few challenges along the way, including tenant issues and a fire department lien. Tom walked me through each step with confidence and professionalism and kept the process moving forward. Ive been a mortgage lender for 25 years and have worked with hundreds of Realtors. This was a fantastic experience, and Tom is someone I will confidently recommend to my family, friends and clients going forward.

Didn't expect tremendous service during & after closing. Ive worked in the past with real estate agents & found them aEUR~acceptable. But hes the Gold Standard. He communicated constantly ensuring I understood what was needed & to complete by deadlines. He followed up even weeks after closing to make sure no open or new issues. True VIP treatment. HIGHLY recommend & will use his service in the future, when needed.
