We planned to buy a house near my daughter who works in Sacramento, CA. We felt it was challenging because my wife and I are in Wisconsin. Kim helped me with a purchase of a second home. We learned a lot of pros and cons in house hunting. She was quick to respond and kept me informed, personable and got the job done when another agent could not! She made sure that the process kept moving and called my lender and title/escrow company when necessary. I could have not completed the house purchase without her hard work and help!
