Kim helped me with a purchase of a second home. We learned a lot of pros and cons in house hunting. She was quick to respond and kept me informed, personable and got the job done when another agent could not! She made sure that the process kept moving and called my lender and title/escrow company when necessary. I could have not completed the house purchase without her hard work and help! I've been trying to purchase property for a little over 5 years now and in the process, I've worked with about 9 different agents. I've been disappointed in ways I didn't even know were possible. And then I met Kim! She made the entire process so easy for us! Since we work odd schedules and long hours, we're never in the same place for long, but Kim made it possible for us to get everything done easily. She was fantastic through the entire process, from writing the offer, was knowledgeable about the area, answering all of my ridiculous questions, super quick responses, not to mention driving to the middle of nowhere to see the property, and she got our offer accepted without a counter! We closed last week and we are just ecstatic! It never would've happened without Kim's help. We are forever indebted to her for helping us get our wonderful 20 acres of land!

ZillowVERIFIED My first experience with Kim Poiesz was quiet an adventure. We were buying our first ranch out in the middle of nowhere Down a long crappy dirt and dusty road. She was so happy to accommodate all of our needs and help use make this dream of ours come true. After that she helped us with 2 of our rental properties and then also to sell one of them. We have also since purchased another neighboring ranch witch of course we used her again for this purchase. Kim is an extremely knowledgable realtor and such a pleasure to work with. Her fun upbeat personality makes a somewhat stressful experience a fun and pleasant one. Kim is the only realtor I will use in the future for any more purchases or sells we do in the future. Kim is truly a gem in her field of work and I would recommend her to anyone of my friends or family.

ZillowVERIFIED If I could rate on a negative scale, I would. We listed our home with Kim and had nothing but trouble. The initial pictures she took of our home were sub-par to say the least and had to be redone by a professional. A lot of the information she put on the MLS was incorrect and had to be changed after WE noticed it. We had to insist on having an open house and when she scheduled it, she had a friend of hers there to show our home rather than her being there. And, her friend was afraid to be there alone so Kim asked one of us to stay there all day along with her! We didn't dare ask to have another one. Also, Kim LOST our house keys two times! Yes! Not once, but twice! She never put house flyers on the for sale sign, and us being out of state, did not know this until a friend of ours drove by and noticed. When we listed with another realtor after our contract was up, Kim started an argument with the new agent when she went by Kim's office to pick up the keys (which is when Kim had conveniently lost them for the second time!) Very unprofessional from the beginning to the end of our professional relationship. STAY CLEAR!
