Tinetti Realty Group

What an awesome team! Nancy and Jenna helped us buy and sell in Merced,CA - we got a great price for our home and moved into an incredible new one. They work with you closely every step of the way, are super knowledgeable and experienced in the Merced area. All the paperwork and negotiations were done super efficiently, though making offers to acceptance and closing. They respond immediately to any questions or concerns and I always felt like I was being well taken care of!

It was such a pleasure working with this outstanding and knowledgeable team! This was a first class professional experience from start to finish. Unparallelled local knowledge and superior expertise was complimented with a unique personal touch that provided confidence and ease throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

Everything went very smoothly and all the deadlines were met. It was one of the most painless experiences, very professional and diligent work. I'm so glad I contacted her for this transaction. She was great. The house sold in two days, a cash transaction, and quick escrow.

House sold in two weeks from listing. Excellent web advertising, showed the house very well! Jenna hold open houses and worked well with other agents. Would recommend.

Jenna helped out in so many ways! She arranged a handyman to help with repairs; she did a walk through before listing for recommended improvements; she negotiated a fair deal; she helped us to close quickly.
