She is absolutely not only the most professional real estate agent I have worked with (I have bought and sold at least 6 properties in the past) she is also the most pleasant person I have dealt with. Sheril is proactive and very responsive. She will answer to you anytime. For this transaction, she helped us sold our house in Merced in a month. The house was a rental property and when the tenants vacated the house, we decided to put it on market and then buy one where we are (Orange county). We did not meet Sheril before we sign the contract with her. We read her reviews and decided to use her as our agent. From there, she took cared of Everything for us, including finding handyman/contractors to clean and fix what was needed before we put the house on the market. We didn't even need to be there at all. This transaction went incredibly smooth and fast because she was so knowledgeable, experienced and honest. It was such a fantastic experience working with her and I wish she could move out to Orange county so I can always have her as our real estate agent! I can't say enough good things about Sheril but I will always recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED We chose Sheril because she was highly recommended to us by someone who moved to Merced from out of town. We were moving to Merced from the Bay Area. We met with Sheril and she asked what we were looking for. What things in a house were important to us. What kind of area were we looking for. We let her know and from there it was easy. She was very friendly and easy to work with. I would go through houses on line and Sheril would send me houses she thought fit us. I'd make a list of houses and text her at the last minute and say "were coming to Merced can you meet us"? She would always meet us and would also come armed with additional houses to view. Since we are retired I asked her to please show us areas that we would feel safe in. She pointed out desirable areas and some not so desirable. She was always very professional. She found us the perfect house on a tree lined street in a very nice neighborhood. The bonus is she found us a house with wonderful neighbors! Can't recommend her enough, she's a joy.

Because the house we were selling was far away in California from us in Washington, she took over the many local responsibilities of preparing the house. We knew we could trust her to paint the inside of the house, supervise the carpet replacement, fixture replacement, and the many other fix-up projects that needed to be done. Sheril had the house sold even before all the fix up work was done. She had the final check to us a little over one month after we asked her to sell the house. She made our home selling extremely easy....with both spouses working, we enjoyed her use and cleverness by using Docusign for a lot of our paperwork that way we could sign electronically without wasting time, paper, ink etc. Sheril is very knowledgeable in real estate , she has a great way of thinking outside the box and made sure we got the most bang for our buck by negotiating on our behalf. We can't say enough about her when it comes to how satisfied we have been throughout the transaction selling our home. From open houses, online advertising, updating pictures she has been ontop of our home from day one and always available to answer our random questions at odd hours (LOL) and last but not least explained all the how to's, what if's and what to expect for our home selling.
