Sam is amazing. She helped us find a beautiful home in Gilbert, AZ. She is a knowledgeable and prepared negotiator that saved us thousands, and got the seller to fully replace the 20 year old roof. In addition to being extremely responsive, she was very patient and looked at nearly 30 houses with us across 2 months of searching. Finally, she "has a guy" for everything. She handled all of the inspection roof/sewer/general as well as working with our lender and title company to make the whole process as easy as possible. Sam was amazing throughout the homebuying process. She was patient as we toured homes over several months. She was a strong negotiator. A week before the house was supposed to close, my stepson committed suicide, so my relocation was postponed by over a month. She worked with my son, who lives 90 minutes away, to arrange inspections.
