The Legacy Team

Patrick was amazing to work with. I was Military and was unable to visit the properties I was looking at. Patrick was very responsive and was able to run out to properties and give me full virtual tours. He made contract negotiations with the seller easy and he gave me a lot of peace of mind during the whole process. Highly recommend!!!!

Patrick was easy to work with, friendly, and responded to questions very quickly. I have no complaints and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in Arkansas. There were some stressful moments, as expected, but he made sure everything went smoothly and instilled in me a confidence that I didn't have going into all of it. Professional, experienced, fast, knowledgeable, kind, all of the above.

Patrick did an amazing job finding us a home in an efficient manner. He was able to pinpoint what we were looking for immediately and I felt like he was always looking out for our best interest. Would highly recommend!

Marty, was busy showing the land next to our current home and 3.5 acres. I called him and asked him to place me on his schedule. He was at my house at scheduled time and we decided to purchase the 20.5 acres. Placed an offer, the owner countered and we countered. Signed the paperwork the next day. The best and easiest process I have experienced.

It was such an honor working with Patrick. We just bought a house in Sherwood, and he made the process so smooth and painless. We couldn't have done it without him! I look forward to working with him again should the opportunity arise! Thank you again!
