Patrick went above and beyond as my agent. I don't think there was a single phone call or text that ever went without a prompt answer. Patrick had a way of keeping me calm and grounded through this process and reminded me that things that are meant to be, just work out. Like meeting him! I was angry and overwhelmed, literally about to give up. Patrick answered an inquiry on Zillow that day and literally showed up that evening.
