The Deluxe Home Team - John L. Scott - Ashland/Medford

Meghan and Greg were absolutely fabulous to work with. Truly beyond amazing. Gobsmackingly wonderful. I was selling a house that had numerous layers of problems. It was a custom-built house with several features that could most charitably be called quirky aEUR" including a second floor that was accessible by a ladder rather than stairs. It also had serious structural problems, primarily the fact that the domestic well had never been connected to the houses plumbing system. It had also been empty for years so that there had been no regular upkeep. Added to this was the fact that there were numerous legal complications. While the house is in Ashland, I live in California, and my mother (for whom I was selling the house) is in Texas. This required a combination of a conservatorship, an executorship, and a guardianship. Meghan and Greg handled everything for me from getting an exterminator to deal with an infestation of wasps to helping me gather experts to assess the chemistry of the well water to finding a lawyer who stepped in at the last minute to manage the complexities of the overlapping jurisdictions. I cannot imagine having gotten through the many (at one point seemingly unending) repairs and upgrades without their help. Each time a new problem arose they located and coordinated with specialized, skilled contractors. Only realtors like Meghan and Greg with extensive, local expertise could have gotten me through this process. A couple of offers fell through before house aEUR" nothing to do with Meghan and Greg aEUR" and both times they called me to tell me what had happened rather than just sending an email or text. This might seem like a small thing but it symbolizes their commitment to providing personalized, expert, and honorable service.

Greg & Meghan are knowledgeable, experienced and fun to work with! Meghan specifically helped me with her real estate knowledge and contacts in the area. She was responsive, timely and anticipated our needs in advance. I highly recommend Greg and Meghan.

Greg and Meghan with the Deluxe Home Team are a pleasure to work with. They helped me find my perfect property, and also helped me sort through the ones that weren't quite right for me. They went above and beyond and made every step a little easier - from scheduling inspections and securing bids, to ensuring everyone was on the same page with ongoing deadlines. They are truly kind and hard working, and want the best for their clients. Can't recommend them enough!

Meghan and Gregg did a perfect job assisting the sale and actually closing the deal. both were very professional and helpful. i couldn't for anything more from a real estate agent. no question went unanswered and no problem left unresolved. they would be the first ones I'd call if i ever have another house to sell even if is not in Oregon. great experience with both of them. i would recommend them to anyone. thanks for everything. Donald

Greg Goebelt and Meghan McNulty rock! From our introductory meeting with them through closing and beyond, they were and have continued to be knowledgeable, resourceful, available, patient, and a pleasure to be and work with. Theyre a great team! Without them we would not have landed in the home and neighborhood that feel just right. Thank you Deluxe Home Team!
