I am late in providing this review. I want to let anyone considering a realtor to look no further. Jim and Jimmy are best in their breed for their integrity, honesty and communication skills. My brother's and I enlisted their help in selling my parents home on 262 Martens Ave in MV. They understood the value and were interested in us getting us the most for the market value, and not just about a quick sell for themselves. Jim and Jimmy make a great pair, and were extremely responsive to all our needs in preparing this property for sale, as we had 54+ years of life and memories in this home to deal with. From cleaning, to yard work, to waste removal; they helped us every step of the way. They respected the fact that this was the home we grew up in and valued our need to find another family that would appreciate the wonderful family home that it is. Again, look no further for your realtors!

I am very pleased that I chose Jimmy Nappo as my real estate agent for the recent sale of my home in Los Altos. From the first meeting with Jimmy and his father Jim, I was comfortable with them and their approach to the business. Jimmy is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I had to have various kinds of work done on the house before putting it up for sale and Jimmy arranged for good people to do the work for me without me having to search for resources. Jimmy is fun to work with -- he has a nice sense of humor and a calming presence which is wonderful when some of the myriad details start to irritate. I enjoyed the process! He was forthcoming with what he thought I needed to do to sell the house at the best price and -- given that this was in the midst of the COVID pandemic -- ready to admit he did not always know what the market would be when we put the house on the market. It turned out positively for me and for the buyers and I was very happy to close after just a few days on the market. I would certainly use Jimmy again if and when I needed to buy or sell a house in the area.
