I am very pleased that I chose Jimmy Nappo as my real estate agent for the recent sale of my home in Los Altos. From the first meeting with Jimmy and his father Jim, I was comfortable with them and their approach to the business. Jimmy is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I had to have various kinds of work done on the house before putting it up for sale and Jimmy arranged for good people to do the work for me without me having to search for resources. Jimmy is fun to work with -- he has a nice sense of humor and a calming presence which is wonderful when some of the myriad details start to irritate. I enjoyed the process! He was forthcoming with what he thought I needed to do to sell the house at the best price and -- given that this was in the midst of the COVID pandemic -- ready to admit he did not always know what the market would be when we put the house on the market. It turned out positively for me and for the buyers and I was very happy to close after just a few days on the market. I would certainly use Jimmy again if and when I needed to buy or sell a house in the area.

I grew up in silicone valley and have see my share of fast talkers. We wanted the qualities that few people forget. Integrity.trust,and a vast knowledge of the fast pace housing market in the bay area. Jimmy was the first to return call. After we met we knew they were special. Father and son and we felt like part of the family. They have a realistic knowledge of the entire housing market and they did everything. Nothing was overlooked. After looking at our home they explained based on the condition and lack of upgrades the asking price had to be less. If we had re-plumbed the home with copper and the 3 bathrooms were completely redone with granite along with the kitchen the asking price would be different. Their work ethic and professionalism is the best. When you need someone to trust in the housing quest look no further. You won't regret it.
