The Wright Team worked extremely hard to complete the sale of my home. In spite of so many setbacks (no fault of The Wright Team), and being under contract for more than 2 months, Catherine did not give up on me. I am so very appreciative of the hard work, dedication, problem solving, and professionalism throughout the enter process. Randy was fantastic and very on top of things. He kept us updated and informed regularly, answered questions, and helped us find the perfect home for us quickly, though he was patient with us as we searched for the right one. He was responsive - not just during "business hours," but any time we needed anything or had any questions about the house, paperwork, or process of buying our home and anytime there was an update as we progressed forward toward closing, he was quick to respond and make sure we knew all of our options. He helped us find a great lender who worked quickly to get our financing squared away, and when he had to travel for a few days during the process, not only did he stay on top of things the whole way, he kept us updated and made sure the other members of The Wright Team were fully tracking and available in case anything came up. The process was smooth and could not have gone better. We also appreciated the honest opinions shared about things along the way. Randy was very positive, honest and so helpful.
