They are attentive, hard working, and most importantly, they have integrity and a strong desire to not only do what is right, but to help us choose what is best for our family. They have been patient, and actually listen/pay attention when we say what we like or don't like, unlike other agents who have tried to force something we don't like on us in order to make the sale. Instead Catherine and Randy have allowed us the non-pressured freedom to make up our minds, while still attentively answering questions, taking us out to see houses, and doing everything they can to help us find the best home for our family. Another quality I appreciate is that they are open and up front about things, without trying to dictate what we choose to do. If a home is in an area we wouldn't be the safest in, or if they think we need to consider a different perspective on a topic, they will say so, but without being pushy. I have also seen them fight for their clients if someone else involved in the deal attempts to handle any aspect of things in a less than honorable way, Catherine and Randy step up and fight for their client, and they do everything they can to protect the client. Catherine and Randy are amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I am so thankful for the opportunity to have them on my side.

Buying a house is always stressful, these two made things so much easier to get through it. ZillowVERIFIED I originally went to Catherine for general information about the process of purchasing a home and just to get some insight. Our one year rental lease was almost up and we thought purchasing might be a good idea for us. Catherine is very passionate about real estate, and knows real estate frontwards and backwards, and all of the possible scenarios because of her experience. She recommended that we first watch a few videos that explained the process of buying a home, a tutorial of what you can expect to have to do in the beginning so that your are prepared and not surprised. After we watched the videos, we decided it was a good idea for us to move ahead, and that we were going to look at a few properties, just to see if we liked anything. Catherine gave us a list of homes that met our requirements and we went from there. She has a great team of people working with her that are very knowledgeable in real estate as well, and were able to answer all of our questions and also told us what to expect during the process. We found a house that we liked, after we changed our price range, and we made an offer. We were able to get the house we wanted because we offered a fair price and Catherine walked us through the negotiation process. The process was very simple because we were able to ask questions for clarity and get the answers we needed. We never felt any pressure to buy and never felt rushed. Catherine and her team really care about your decisions and want you to be happy with your home. I thought buying a house was going to be stressful, but it was a cake walk.
